As part of the COVID-19 outbreak response, A K Foundation has initiated a humanitarian appeal to support the Nation’s Fight Against COVID-19. The organization has initiated several partnership campaigns with individual donors, COSMO Foundation and DUDUZ HOUSE to fight against the virus spread in India.
Some of those initiatives are listed below:

Provided over 500 washable face masks, 500 hand sanitizer (100ml) and 500 hand gloves to Corona warriors Police, sanitation workers & Health workers during the first lockdown.

Provided 4500 washable face masks to the poor and needy community of rural areas of the Vadodara district in Gujarat.

Provided 100 washable face masks, 100 hand sanitizers (100ml) and gloves to Petrol pump staff & street vegetable vendor during First lockdown

Distributed more than 400 food grain item kits, hygiene kits to the migrant labors who quarantine & stuck at Shelter home on National Highway 48 near Karjan in Gujarat.

Distributed more than 100 food grain item kits, hygiene kits to pregnant women, widows in rural slums near Karjan in Gujarat.

Make available cooked food for a week for 120 people in Vadodara city slum near Diwalipura with support of local Yuvakmandal in first week of the first lockdown.

A K Foundation has initiated an innovative online platform for various awareness & guidance through social media for kids, parents and others. What is quarantine & lockdown, Social distancing, use mask, how keep kids engage with various games, creative activities at home during lockdown with available resources, how to manage stress and mental health etc were the major focus areas.
